Jay EuDaly's Teaching Studio

Jay's home teaching studio

Jay has been teaching 40 to 90 private students a week since the mid 1980's. He is currently teaching about 50 students a week - any age, any level: from complete beginners to pros who have been playing for decades.

In 2001 he released a series of method books called, Vertical Truth: Chordal Mechanisms for the Guitar. He has built, and continues to add to, a national network of teachers who are using his books.

Jay has successfully prepared students for The University of Missouri at Kansas City's Conservatory of Music, Berklee College of Music in Boston, Guitar Institute of Technology in Los Angeles, and the prestigous jazz program at Miami University. Some of his former students have landed gigs in major label bands, touring and recording on a national and international level. He has former students in music industry jobs in New York, Nashville, and LA.

In 2016 Jay redesigned his teaching website, MasterGuitarSchool.com, to reflect a shift away from physical books to online and downloadable guitar lessons. He is building a membership list to which he is releasing online lessons as well as his method books as PDF downloads.
