Re: Follow my instructions: Tutor Needed
Well, Serigo (or whatever your name is), you say you're from the United States
but your English is so bad that suspicion is raised immediately.
Secondly: Why would you send me more than I asked for? And why insist I send
you the money via Western Union or Money Gram rather than my own check? Could it
perhaps be because Western Union &/or Money Gram is not traceable? It's like
cash, isn't it? And then in a week or two or three when your check comes back to
my bank as a forgery I have no recourse. I owe the bank the amount on the check
plus bank fees and you have my money. Isn't that the way this kind of thing
works? I believe it is. So again I say, you are a common thief and you are
trying to steal from me. Now don't get all angry - please keep reading.
The fact of the matter is, Serigo (or whatever your name is), I knew from the
very beginning that this was a scam. I've done this many, many times. I have a
large collection of bogus checks from many people doing exactly what you've
tried to do to me. Now, I'm not doing this to spite you, although wasting your
time - time you could have spent stealing from someone more naive than me - is a
secondary perk as far as I'm concerned. My real reason for doing this is
strictly business. All the email that has passed between us, as well as a
picture of your bogus check, goes up on my website. Quite often another teacher
who you, or someone like you, or you using a different name, is trying to scam
will find the scam pages of my website. I will receive a heartfelt email
thanking me for putting up the correspondence you have so graciously supplied me
with, and helping them to avoid being taken in by you, or someone like you. This
is all very gratifying to me but even this is not my primary motivation. You
see, one of the things I do is market and sell method books that I have written
and every teacher who finds my website is a potential customer. I have
discovered that the scam pages that you, and others like you, help me to create
are a wonderful marketing tool for me. Guerrilla marketing as it were.
Now if I am wrong about you, there is a very easy way that our problem could be
resolved. If this happens, I will personally apologize to you and give your son,
Aguero (do you have a son? And is his name REALLY Aguero?) his first lesson for
free. But, you must indicate to me that I am wrong about you, and that you wish
to know what my solution is.
Anyway, thanks for listening, and thanks for providing me with more content for
my website which will cause more traffic and potential customers for me.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Have a nice day.

Re: Tutor Needed
Wow Serigo (or whatever your name is) - did you not see the post I sent you
yesterday? If not, you're not managing your threads very well. I find that to be
common among you scammer types. You've probably got too much going on at once to
keep it all straight. Then again, maybe not. This might just be a desperate
last-gasp effort to keep the attempted scam run on me from being a total loss. I
have to say that no one has EVER asked for their bogus check back! Why would you
want it back? So you can somehow use it again on someone else? And you want me
to pay my money - money that you tried to steal from me - to send your worthless
check back to you?!? You've got some kind of nerve, my friend, I'll give you
that! But...it ain't gonna happen!

Re: AWAITING THE TRANSFER DETAILS TODAY: check
You guys should really do a better job of communicating with each other. That
is if you really are a different person than the one who is calling himself
Serigo Viviani. And if you are the same person as the one who is calling himself
Serigo Viviani then you are even more disorganized. There are 3 different
threads going, two from the person who is calling himself Serigo Viviani. One of
those the subject line is "Tutor Needed". The other subject line is, "
Follow my instructions: Tutor Needed". And this thread with "trustee
client." There is no indication that any of the thread writers are aware of any
of the others. It seems as if the right hand does not know what the left hand is
doing.
See? I can keep it all straight, why can't you? Actually, that's not altogether
true. I'm currently holding 3 checks from scammers just like you and I have no
idea who they're from. Maybe they're from you! Do you or any of your scammer
buddies have any outstanding checks that you haven't heard back from the "mark"?
Perhaps you could help me clear up these 3 loose ends. One was mailed from
Irvine, California. One came via regular mail from France, and another one came
via FedEx from Melbourne, Florida. Is any of this familiar?
I would appreciate your help in this matter.
Yours,
Jay
